BlackBerry administrators:

Using the BlackBerry Analytics SDK

To enable the option for the BlackBerry Analytics SDK:

On the App details page or on a Master Profile details page, select "Enable BlackBerry Analytics SDK policy" under Other BlackBerry Functionality.

Click Save changes.

Notes about using BlackBerry Analytics

On the Blue Cedar Platform:

  • BlackBerry Analytics requires BlackBerry Dynamics to be enabled.

BlackBerry administrators:

  • BlackBerry Analytics requires a separate licensing agreement with BlackBerry. If you do not have the appropriate license, enabling the BlackBerry Analytics SDK in the Blue Cedar Platform has no effect.
  • To add a user's app events to BlackBerry Analytics, in BlackBerry UEM, assign the BlackBerry Analytics entitlement to a user as "Required." From this point, when a user uses apps that have been integrated with the Analytics SDK, those apps send events to the Analytics portal.
  • Events are delayed 24 hours before they appear in the BlackBerry Analytics dashboard.
