1. Configure SSH access

The policy console uses Secure Shell (SSH) to secure signing requests between the policy console and the signing server. The signing server must have SSH access enabled, called "Remote Login" on Mac OS X.

To enable SSH access, click on Apple menu > System Preferences. From within System Preferences, click "Sharing", then select "Remote Login" in the list of services.
