Generates an SSH key.
To configure your OSX signing server for SSH authentication, follow these steps:
Connect or log on to the signing server using your hostname and username.
In a terminal window, create the directory ~/.ssh if does not exist:
$ mkdir ~/.ssh
Open ~/.ssh/authorized_keys for editing:
$ vim ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
Copy and paste the SSH key returned from POST settings/osx-signing-generate-ssh-key (see below) to the authorized_keys file. You can also retrieve the SSH key with GET settings/osx-signing-ssh-key once it has been generated.
Save and close the authorized_keys file.

Generates an SSH key to authenticate to the iOS signing server.
