Extension - Blue Cedar Enforce
The Blue Cedar Enforce extension enables the Enhance service to add Blue Cedar app-level security policies to mobile apps without requiring code to be written. Enabling this extension gives you access to the Blue Cedar Enforce step in the App Enhancement stage of your workflows, with configuration options to protect data (authentication, data loss prevention, secure connectivity) and runtime (device posture, jailbreak/root) in a mobile app. Additionally, you can optionally add customized user interface screens like authentication, splash, notification, enrollment, and localization to the integrated app by clicking on the gear icon for the Blue Cedar Enforce extension.

Configure the extension
Blue Cedar Enforce Branding (optional)
To configure App Screen Customization like specifies colors, fonts, button colors, logos, background images at the extension level:
From the Blue Cedar Platform main menu, select Extensions > No-Code Integration. The platform shows the Blue Cedar Enforce extension.
- On the Blue Cedar Enforce card, click the gear icon to open the Blue Cedar Enforce screen.
- On the Configure Blue Cedar Enforce screen Branding tab, select colors, fonts, primary and secondary button colors, logo, and background image for the app. See Enforce Branding for details.
- Click Save Changes
Blue Cedar Localization (optional)
The custom translation strings feature allows you to translate and customize strings visible to protected app users. You can upload a JSON file containing strings to replace default strings. This feature allows you to specify language and region codes and specify non-American English prompts, or to replace default strings with your organization's preferred terminology. The JSON file must be encoded as UTF-8 to handle non-ASCII characters such as Cyrillic or Hindi.
These translations appear when the user sets the device to the appropriate language.
To configure App Localization at the extension level:
From the Blue Cedar Platform main menu, select Extensions > No-Code Integration. The platform shows the Blue Cedar Enforce extension.
- On the Blue Cedar Enforce card, click the gear icon to open the Blue Cedar Enforce screen.
- On the Configure Blue Cedar Enforce screen Localization tab, upload the localization file. See Enforce Localization for details.
- Click Save Changes
